Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 1 bell pepper(s), diced
- 250 g sugar snap peas, cleaned
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 lemon(s), finely chopped
- 100 g chopped black olives
- 2 bunch parsley, chopped
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- Cayenne pepper
- Salt
- 600 g fish fillet(s) (pollock fillet) in 4 portions
- 40 g sesame seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Cook the pasta and drain. Fry the diced bell peppers and snow peas in 3 tablespoons of oil for 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic, lemon juice, olives, and parsley to the vegetables. Mix the vegetables with the pasta and season to taste. Season the fish fillet, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and fry in the remaining oil for 3 minutes on each side. Serve over the pasta.
