Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chicken breast fillets (100 g each)
- 200 g cheese (mild semi-hard cheese), diced
- 2 onions, red, in fine rings
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard (Dijon)
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Heat butter in a pan, brown the chicken breast fillets on both sides, and continue cooking in the oven at 160°C for about 10 minutes, then thinly slice. Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients into a vinaigrette, pour over the salad, and stir gently. Let stand for about 20 minutes.
