Pomegranate Sharon Fruit Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pomegranate
  • 2 persimmons (Sharon fruits)
  • 1 lime(s)
  • ½ tsp honey, liquid, light, e.g. acacia honey
  • 2 tsp cane sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Wash the Sharon fruits and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Squeeze the lime and mix the juice with honey, sugar, and cinnamon, adding more cinnamon or sugar to taste. Pour the dressing over the salad and let it stand for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve.
