Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- 1 apple
- 1 banana(s)
- 2 mandarins or clementines
- 1 ½ tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sweet lupin meal
- 4 walnuts
- some lemon juice
- some fresh ginger, finely diced
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with ginger, sweet lupin meal and walnuts
In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the honey until smooth. Peel the banana, mash it with a fork on a plate with lemon juice, and add it to the yogurt. Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces. Peel the mandarin oranges and cut them into small pieces. Add both to the yogurt. Carefully fold everything in and season with honey and lemon juice, if desired. Crack the walnuts and break them into small pieces. Peel the ginger (I use two 2 mm slices) and cut them into tiny cubes. Distribute the walnuts, ginger, and sweet lupin meal over the fruit salad.
