Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs, separated
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 150 g poppy seeds, ground
- 150 g hazelnuts, ground
- 4 apples, peeled, pitted, cut into small pieces
- n. B. Rum
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
from the microwave!
Whisk the egg yolks with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the poppy seeds, hazelnuts, and apple pieces. Finally, fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into a microwave-safe dish and microwave for 10 minutes at 600 watts. Tip: Refine this cake with rum.
