- 2 tbsp porcini mushrooms, dried
- 10 tbsp salt, coarse

a delicious seasoning and a quick gift from the kitchen
Finely grind the porcini mushrooms with a little coarse salt. I do this in an old coffee grinder. Finely grind the remaining salt, mix everything well, and pour into tightly sealed jars. The salt tastes great with boiled eggs, but is also suitable for seasoning any dish that can tolerate a light mushroom flavor.
