Pork fillet and bean casserole

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g pork fillet(s)
  • 500 g beans, fresh green
  • 800 g jacket potatoes
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce

Instructions

Cut the meat into slices and fry them well on both sides in a little fat. Remove the pan from the heat and let it simmer with the lid on. Chop the beans and cut them in half, then boil them in salted water for about 10 minutes and drain. Then peel the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Place them on the beans and add the chopped garlic, tossing them together. Stir in the hollandaise sauce. Peel the potatoes and slice them, then arrange them in a large ovenproof dish. Place the fried pieces of meat on top with the cooking fat and finally add the vegetables and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Tastes absolutely delicious and hearty.
