Turkey goulash with mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg turkey meat, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 250 g mushrooms, halved
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 200 g chanterelles (chanterelle mushrooms), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 500 ml soup (vegetable soup)
  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat oil in a pan, brown the meat, add the mushrooms and onion, and cook briefly. Add tomato paste and stir in. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Dust the meat and mushrooms with flour, sauté, deglaze with broth, milk, and cream, and bring to a boil. Cook for 30-40 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika, if desired.
