Pork fillet in pepper and paprika sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork fillet(s) in one piece
  • 1 cup of cream, 200 g
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 100 g diced ham
  • 300 g pasta
  • 30 ml ketchup
  • 20 ml oil
  • 5 shots of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp, heaped paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp garlic salt or regular salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp basil, dried
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Mix the spices together and make a paste from ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and oil. Stir in the spices. It should be thick and runny. Cut the pork fillet into thumb-thick slices. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Let the meat soak in the marinade for a short time, then sear everything in a pan. Add the diced ham and continue searing. Add the mushrooms and cook. Boil water for the pasta and add the pasta to the boiling water. Pour the cream over the meat and bring everything to a boil. Simmer until the pasta and meat are tender.
