Colorful muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 120 g sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tube(s) food coloring, red, yellow, blue

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine the first 6 ingredients, except for the food coloring, in a bowl and mix. Stir for about 2 minutes. Divide the batter equally into three bowls and color each with a different food coloring. Spoon the different colored batters into prepared muffin cups one after the other. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20-25 minutes.
