- 250 g ricotta
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 pack of bacon
- 1 large onion(s)
- 200 ml white wine
- some mustard
- e.g. soy sauce
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat and finely dice the onion. Cut the pork fillet into about 3-4 large pieces, season with salt and pepper, and spread the outside with mustard. Then wrap the outside in bacon, securing it with toothpicks if necessary. Brown the meat on both sides in a pan until the bacon and meat are lightly browned. Then place the meat in a casserole dish and place in the oven for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the diced onion in the pan until translucent. Deglaze with the white wine, stir in the ricotta, and bring the sauce to a brief simmer. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove the meat from the oven, add it to the sauce in the pan, and let it simmer for about another 10 minutes.
