Pork Fillet Nuggets

  1. Clean / strip pork fillets, wash and pat dry with kitchen paper. Cut the pork fillets into slices (approx. 1 – 1.5 cm thick) and season the slices vigorously on both sides with coarse sea salt from the mill and colored pepper from the mill. Beat the eggs and whisk vigorously.
