Fried Zucchini Slices

The perfect fried zucchini slices recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g 1 Zucchini
  • Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 75 g Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 75 g Breadcrumbs
  • 75 g Desiccated coconut
  • 100 ml Peanut oil
  • Paper towels
  1. Wash the zucchini, pat dry with kitchen paper and cut into slices (approx. 1 – 1.5 cm thick). Season the zucchini slices vigorously with coarse sea salt from the mill and colored pepper from the mill. Beat the egg and whisk well. Mix the breadcrumbs with the desiccated coconut. Strip the zucchini slices (flour, egg and breadcrumbs + desiccated coconut), fry both sides in a pan with peanut oil and degrease on kitchen paper. Keep warm in the oven at 50 ° C until serving.
