Pork Fillet with Curry Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Pork tenderloin
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 300 g Curry ketchup with chilli
  • 100 ml Cream / sour cream 20% fat
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Dice the onion, cut the pork tenderloin into about 5 cm slices and fry in the oil (about 1-2 minutes), then cook on a low heat for 3-4 minutes. Then add the curry ketchup and sour cream, stir and refine with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 3 minutes and then you can put it directly on the plate. Tastes very good with rice or baguette
