Mustard Cream – Sliced meat
The perfect mustard cream – sliced meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 piece Pork minute steaks
- 2 piece Onions
- 100 ml Rama Cremefine for cooking
- 3 tbsp Granulated Dijon mustard
- 0,5 packet Finely chopped parsley
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- Cut minute steaks and onions into strips and fry well. Deglaze with 150ml water and 100ml Rama Cremefine (or cream), if necessary thicken the sauce with a little flour. Season to taste with mustard, salt, pepper and parsley.
- Rice, potatoes, kohl and cucumber salad, for example, taste good with it
