Pork Fillet with Mango Salsa

The perfect pork fillet with mango salsa recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Spring onions fresh
  • 2 Cloves of garlic fresh
  • 2 Chili peppers finely chopped
  • Thyme spice
  • A smAll piece of ginger
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tsp Sugar brown
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 2 Limes the juice
  • 800 g Pork tenderloin
  • 1 Fresh mango
  • 2 Fresh onion
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  1. Chop the spring onion, garlic, chilli, thyme and ginger. Finely grind half of the spring onion, garlic, half of the chilli, thyme and ginger with 3 tablespoons of oil, soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, salt, pepper and the juice of 1 lime to a paste. Rub the meat with it and chill.
  2. Finely dice the mango and onions. Mix everything with 2 teaspoons of brown sugar, the rest of the spring onion, chilli and lime juice. Fry the meat (with paste) in 1 tablespoon of oil on all sides. Cook in the oven at 150 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  3. Deglaze the meat with the broth and bring to the boil. Season with salt. Serve everything. I served rice with it.
