Ingredients

  • 2 Pork tenderloin
  • 3 Freshly sliced onions
  • 6 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill

Instructions

  • As you can see in the first picture, the fillet is still slightly pink. This is how my sweetheart likes it best. The thinner end was just through. I really like it all through pink. But "man" likes to make compromises out of love.
  • Preheat the electric oven to 80 Gard. Preheat a mold with. Put the onions and the garlic in the tin and place the prepared fillets on top of the vegetables.
  • Season with salt and pepper and cook in the middle of the oven to the desired cooking point. This takes up to 90 minutes at an oven temperature of 80 degrees (depending on the thickness of the fillet).
  • Shortly before the desired core temperature is reached, the grill is switched on briefly to get light roasted aromas in the meat and vegetables. We had potatoes with it.
