Ingredients

  • 400 g Pork tenderloin
  • 8 piece Potatoes
  • 20 Decagram Streaky bacon
  • Rapeseed oil
  • Salt, pepper from the mill

Instructions

Preparation

  • Boil potatoes in water until tender. I always take a toothpick to try. Wash the pork tenderloin and remove the tendons and fat. Cut apart once in the middle.

Here we go

  • Fry the fillet all over in a little rapeseed oil. Let cool down a little. Prepare the bacon and wrap the fillets all around with bacon so that it looks nice. Fry at 160 degrees in the oven until crispy. It takes about 30 minutes. It should still have a pink core in the middle.
  • Peel the potatoes and let them brown nicely in rapeseed oil. Drain in kitchen roll. Season with salt.

Serving

  • Cut the two fillets again in the middle and place them nicely on a plate with the fried potatoes. We only seasoned the meat with salt and pepper at the table. The bacon has good taste. We also had a leaf salad with roasted bacon. Enjoy it and have fun cooking it.
