Ingredients

  • 300 g Pork tenderloin
  • Breakfast bacon
  • 500 g Potato
  • Salt, pepper, chilli
  • 100 g Butter
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Peel and halve the potatoes, then cut into them - 3 times lengthways and several times across. To do this, I put two very thick stroking oilers on the surface, put the potato in between and cut into it. So the potatoes stick together afterwards.
  • Then spread the potatoes slightly apart and brush with oil, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes - lowest setting - at 200 degrees.
  • Now clean the pork tenderloin and remove the tendons, then cut into 3cm thick slices
  • Wrap with strips of bacon - amount as desired - and secure with a toothpick
  • Sear it in the pan on all sides and add to the potatoes for about 10 minutes
  • Now melt the butter in a saucepan and add breadcrumbs.
  • Now cover the potatoes with the breadcrumbs and take about 8 minutes until they have a nice brown color
