Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 smoked Mettwurst sausages, approx. 100 g each
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 potatoes, total approx. 200 g
  • 2 red bell peppers, just under 400 g in total
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 450 ml meat broth, or more, depending on your taste
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • ½ bunch parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

also suitable for LOGI if you replace the potatoes

Cut the Mettwurst sausages into thin slices. Peel and dice the onions. Peel and dice the potatoes. Finely slice the bell peppers. Place the Mettwurst slices, diced onions, and oil in a round casserole dish (approx. 2 L capacity) and cook uncovered for approx. 5 minutes at 600 watts. Add the bell pepper strips and diced potatoes and mix everything together. Season with pepper and paprika. Cook uncovered for approx. 4 minutes at 600 watts. Stir the tomato paste into the broth. Pour in the broth and simmer with the lid on for approx. 25 minutes at 600 watts. Let it stand for approx. 5 minutes. Fold in the sour cream and sprinkle with the parsley. To make it Logi-friendly, simply replace the potatoes with canned or jarred white beans and cook them for the last 10 minutes.
