Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg pork loin(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 200 g processed cheese (herb processed cheese)
- 150 g cream cheese (e.g. Bressot) with herbs
- 1 tsp broth, granulated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 20 minutes
Brown the meat all over in a pan in heated oil. Make a sauce from the cream, processed cheese, cream cheese, and broth. Pour this sauce over the meat and marinate for about 6 hours (overnight is even better). Then bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes. Serve immediately.
