Pork Neck (neck) and Pumpkin on Table Grill
The perfect pork neck (neck) and pumpkin on table grill recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Discs From the pig’s head
- 4 Rings Pumpkin fresh
- Natural salt
- Colorful pepper
- Garlic powder
- 1 Folding table grill with ceramic coating
- Rub the 3 forage disks with the spices listed and, if necessary, dab a little oil on them with a brush.
- Scrape the pumpkin slices from the seeds, but only season with a little salt and pepper.
- Fold the Giller completely apart and set it to heat level 7 (mine has 12 levels).
- As soon as the temperature has been reached (lamp goes out), place the meat and pumpkin on top, after approx. 5 minutes turn the food over and grill for another 5 minutes. Then transfer to a pre-warmed plate and meal!
- As a side dish you can prepare a salad as you like or a crispy roll (bread roll) or both.
Comment:
- Due to the ceramic coating of the grill, no oil is necessary; Slightly inclined, the fat runs from the head into a collecting tray.
