Roast Pork Kilkenny

The perfect roast pork kilkenny recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1,2 kg Roast pork, or roast pizza
  • 2 Piece Red peppers, optionally a bunch of soup greens, can also be combined
  • 1 Pc. Large onions
  • 0,5 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 kl. Can Tomato paste
  • 300 ml Meatsoup
  • 2 Teaspoon. Sweet mustard
  • Pepper salt
  • 1 Bottle 0.33 ml Kilkenny beer, Irish red beer
  1. Sear the meat all around in the roaster and remove it from the pot. Roughly chop the paprika or soup greens, fry them in the gaseous fat, add the tomato paste and deglaze with the meat stock. Put the roast back on top of the vegetables and fill up with 3/4 bottle of Kilkenny beer. Add the rest later when the liquid has boiled away. The roast in the closed roaster for about 105 minutes. Roast in the oven at 180 degrees. The lid can also be removed after 70 minutes. After the cooking time, take the roast out of the roaster and add the sweet mustard and the creme fraiche one after the other, season with salt and pepper. You can also use a binding agent to make the sauce a little thicker. Boiled potatoes and Brussels sprouts go well with it. Good Appetite!!
