Pork Neck Steaks with Sweet Red Wine Onions

Ingredients
 

  • 3 Pork neck steaks
  • Fat for frying
  • 4 Red onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dried parsley leaf
  • 100 ml Red wine tart
  • 3 tbsp Natural yoghurt

Instructions
 

  • Heat the fat in a pan and sear the steaks in it. Take out of the pan and put in a baking dish. Put in the oven at a low temperature.
  • Peel the onions and cut into thin slices. same with the garlic cloves. Put the whole thing in the fat from the steak and sauté in it. Add sugar, spices and parsley. Let the sugar melt while stirring. Add soy sauce and red wine. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the red wine has boiled off. Put the yoghurt in a pan and stir. Take the whole thing off the stove and distribute it on the meat in the baking dish. Let cook in the oven at approx. 100 ° C for another 10 minutes.
