Pork Rolls with Mozzarella

  • 400 g Minute schnitzel is available from LIDL
  • 1 Paprika
  • 2 Fresh onion
  • 1 Garlic clove crushed
  • 2 Cans Chopped tomatoes
  • 0,5 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 2 packet Mozzarella
  • Salt, pepper, thyme, Ceyenne pepper, chili peppers
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth
  • 1 packet Bacon

salad dressing

  • Salt pepper
  • Sugar
  • Balsamic vinegar light
  • Mustard, onions
  • 1 packet Salad herbs
  • 200 Milliliters Cream, sweet
  1. Quarter, core, wash and cut the bell pepper. Peel and finely chop the onions. Sprinkle the thinly pounded minute steaks with salt and pepper and cover with the bacon and bell pepper strips. Roll up and pin with toothpicks.
  2. Heat the fat in a pan, fry the schnitzel in it, add the onions and fry briefly. Add the tomatoes and garlic and all the spices as required, cover and simmer gently for about 40 minutes. Thicken the sauce with creme fraiche.
