Stuffed Peppers and Zucchini

- 4 Paprika
- 2 Zucchini
- 200 gr Ham
- 1 Onion
- 300 ml Water
- 5 Discs Toast or other bread
- 1 Egg
- Grated cheese
- 1 Pr Sugar

- Wash, core and peel the peppers and zucchini (the peppers skin will not be digested) then place in an ovenproof dish.
- For the filling, sauté the onion with a pinch of sugar, cut the ham into small cubes and add to the onions, then deglaze with the water and add the bread in small cubes so that it becomes a mass and add the spices. Take the pot off the hob and stir in the egg, I stirred in a tablespoon of Parmesan.
- Now put the filling in the prepared peppers and zucchhini halves and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes. There was rice and a tomato sauce, but a herb sauce also goes perfectly.
