Pork schnitzel with blue cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pork schnitzels
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 small onions
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 100 ml milk
  • 250 ml meat broth
  • 150 g blue cheese
  • 150 g tomatoes, pureed
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pound the schnitzel thinly and fry in the fat, remove from the pan, and keep warm. Sauté the chopped onions in the fat until translucent, dust with flour, and deglaze with the liquid. Let simmer. Then add the cheese and simmer again. Add the tomato and season to taste. Add the schnitzel to the sauce and serve. Pasta goes well with it.
