Pork strips à la Nikismutti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork fillet(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 100 g carrot(s)
  • 100 g cauliflower
  • 100 g peas
  • 100 g broccoli

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Cut the pork fillet into thin strips and marinate in the oil and soy sauce for half an hour. Clean the vegetables. Slice the carrots, and cut the broccoli and cauliflower into florets. Cook everything together with the peas in salted water until al dente. Drain. Brown the meat in a deep pan. Then add the vegetables and brown them. Serve with rice.
