Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta, green (spinach pasta)
- some oil for frying
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 1 kg minced meat
- n. B. Vegetable stock powder
- 2 packs of spinach (seasoned spinach with onions)
- pepper
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 bag of cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente; it will continue to cook in the oven. Brown the onion and minced meat in a little oil in a pan. Sprinkle the stock powder over it (just enough for 200 ml), add the spinach, and mix everything together. Stir in the pan until the spinach is completely thawed, season with pepper, and press in the garlic clove. Pour the cream over it, stir, and season to taste with pepper and stock powder. Transfer the pasta to a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes.
