Ingredients
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Yellow peppers
- 1 Green peppers
- 2 Onion
- 2 Leek
- 200 g Mung bean sprouts fresh
- 1 tbsp Soy sance
- 1 tsp Mild mustard
- 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 500 g Long grain rice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1000 ml Water
Instructions
- Peel and dice the onions, wash the bell peppers and cut into cubes, wash the leeks and cut into slices, wash the mung bean sprouts in a pan with oil. Roast then add all the vegetables to the pan and stew until they are quite soft Then add salt, pepper, mustard, paprika powder, curry powder and the soy sance and mix well.
- Put the rice in a pot with water and let it boil until it is bite and then serve with the mixed vegetable pan (see picture)
