Overnight oats shrapnel style

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 50 ml carbonated mineral water, alternatively milk
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • 0.33 bottles of rum flavoring
  • 10 g baking cocoa
  • 1 dashes liquid sweetener, or sweetener of choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 3 minutes

Mix all ingredients in a lidded jar and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. I like to eat it with a chopped apple. Add a few toppings (e.g., cocoa nibs, nuts, dried mulberries, raisins, etc.) and you have a delicious breakfast.
