Pork Tenderloin and Apple Pan

The perfect pork tenderloin and apple pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 Pork filets
  • 2 Red Onions
  • 1 sour Apple
  • 80 g Gorgonzola
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Cut the pork fillet into medallions, wash, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the meat for 2 minutes on each side.
  3. Cut the gorgonzola into eight small pieces and, after turning, place on the meat and let it melt slightly – fry the meat to the end.
  4. Peel the onion into thin wedges, peel the apple, quarter, core and cut into wedges.
  5. Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm.
  6. Put some oil in the pan, add onions and apples and fry for about 4 minutes.
