Pork Tenderloin and Apple Pan

- 8 Pork filets
- 2 Red Onions
- 1 sour Apple
- 80 g Gorgonzola
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cut the pork fillet into medallions, wash, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat some oil in a pan and fry the meat for 2 minutes on each side.
- Cut the gorgonzola into eight small pieces and, after turning, place on the meat and let it melt slightly – fry the meat to the end.
- Peel the onion into thin wedges, peel the apple, quarter, core and cut into wedges.
- Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm.
- Put some oil in the pan, add onions and apples and fry for about 4 minutes.
