Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 300 ml water or a mix of water and milk
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine the oats and water (or milk and water) in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and stir for another 4 minutes, until the porridge thickens. Season with salt and stir again. Serve with cream and sugar.
