Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g oat flakes, fine
- 10 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 ml milk
- 150 ml water
- 8 g vanilla sugar, optional but highly recommended

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
easy and fast
Mix all ingredients together in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes at 900W. Remove the bowl, stir vigorously, and let stand for 4 minutes to allow the mixture to swell. Stir again and return to the microwave for another 1 minute 50 seconds at 600W, until the mixture has doubled in size. Remove, stir vigorously, and enjoy. The porridge will have the consistency of pudding when cooled. Caution: If the mixture is left in the microwave for too long during the last step, it will expand! Be sure to stay and keep an eye on it.
