Porridge with raspberries

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 100 g oat flakes, fine
  • 150 ml water
  • 150 ml almond milk or milk
  • 1 tsp pistachios, optional
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 14 minutes

Wash fresh raspberries and pat dry. Cook the oat flakes with almond milk and water in a saucepan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Stir in half of the raspberries and heat briefly. Chop the pistachios and sprinkle them on top of the servings, then drizzle with honey. Use the remaining raspberries for garnishing.
