Brown the chicken in the margarine, seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, and crushed garlic cloves. Add the lemon slices. Halfway through cooking, add the raw, quartered potatoes. Deglaze occasionally with white wine. The potatoes will cook in the broth and absorb the liquid, creating a light and delicious flavor. This saves you the trouble of preparing a sauce. Serve with a tomato salad, also seasoned with a little lemon juice.
