- Salt

Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
It couldn’t be quicker or easier: This dish is ready in less than 10 minutes, yet it’s still the finest gourmet cuisine. Rinse the turkey schnitzels with cold water, pat them dry, and season with salt. Whisk the two types of mustard with the cream. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the turkey schnitzels for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Pour the mustard cream over the schnitzels, bring back to a boil, and serve sprinkled with fried onions. Long-grain rice OR boiled potatoes go wonderfully with this dish. An ideal vegetable side dish: chicory with a Parmesan crust OR broccoli with almond butter. Variation: Chicken breast fillets are just as delicious as turkey schnitzels. The preparation is identical. If you don’t like fried onions, you can sprinkle chopped parsley or chives over them instead. This recipe is perfect proof that you don’t have to spend a long time in the kitchen or dig deep into your pockets to enjoy a delicious meal!
