Stuffed turkey roulade

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g turkey meat
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 100 g ham
  • 5 bell peppers
  • 5 tomatoes, chopped
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • n. B. garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the meat and pat dry. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut the meat into thin slices. Season with salt and pepper, rub with garlic, and spread with cream cheese. Clean and wash the bell peppers, cut into strips, and place them on the meat. Then cover the meat slices with the ham and roll them up tightly. Secure with toothpicks if necessary. Place the meat rolls in a baking dish and fill with the remaining bell pepper strips and tomato pieces. Roast in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes, turning the meat occasionally if necessary. Tip: Potato wedges go wonderfully with this dish. Simply wash raw potatoes, quarter them, salt and pepper them, and add them to the oven.
