Pizza with seafood, for 1 baking tray
Thaw the shrimp in a colander. After thawing, remove the tails and intestines, if necessary. Carefully pat dry and set aside in a bowl. Drain the mussels, reserving the liquid and pouring it over the shrimp to marinate for at least 4 hours. Remove the beards from the mussels, cut the squid into small pieces, and set both aside for now. Mix together the crème fraîche, cream cheese, and chakalaka, season with spices and Tabasco. If desired, add more chili (for those who like it hotter). Perhaps stir in a little tomato paste (to taste). Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread the sauce evenly over it. Now distribute the shrimp evenly over the pizza, just like the mussels and squid. Add the drained olives. Sprinkle with grated Emmental cheese. Bake for approximately 20 minutes. The baking time may vary depending on the oven (shorter or longer cooking times are possible). It’s recommended to check the pizza in the oven after at least 15 minutes to prevent it from burning. This batch makes 6 slices for those with a serious appetite. A red wine or an ice-cold beer goes just as well with this pizza.
