Pizza for the small appetite, for 20 pieces

Makes 20 mini pizzas. Put the flour in a bowl, crumble the yeast onto it, add the sugar, water, melted margarine, and salt. Using the dough hook on a hand mixer, knead the dough into a smooth dough. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. Knead the dough again briefly, divide it into 20 equal pieces, roll each one out into a circle (about 8 cm), and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Wash and slice the cherry tomatoes. Season the tomato puree with thyme and oregano and spread 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture onto each circle of dough. Top with your choice of tomato, ham, salami, broccoli, spinach, or tuna. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) (gas mark 3, fan oven 180°C) for about 25 minutes. Ideal as a small party snack.
