Postelein Salad
The perfect postelein salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Sweet potato
- 150 g Quinoa
- 2 Spring onions
- 30 g Postelein
- 100 g Feta
- Papika powder
- Cayenne pepper
- Salt
- Oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Before cooking, wash the quinoa well. Then bring to the boil with 2.5 times the amount of water and let it soak over low heat.
- Peel the sweet potato and cut it into small cubes. Cut the spring onions into small rings.
- Heat some oil in a pan and fry the sweet potato cubes in it, season with cayenne pepper, paprika and salt. Add the onion rings, continue frying on a low heat until the potatoes are tender.
- When the quinoa has absorbed the water, remove it from the heat and let it cool down.
- Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
- Once the quinoa has cooled, put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Season the salad with vinegar and oil.
