Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 8 potatoes
- 500 g asparagus
- 100 g ham, cooked in slices
- ½ tbsp butter
- ½ tbsp flour
- 150 ml wine, white, dry
- 100 g cream cheese spread
- 100 g crème fraîche
- Cheese, grated
Instructions

Boil the potatoes until tender, rinse well, peel, and slice. Grease a baking dish and add the potato slices. Trim the asparagus, cut into 4-5 cm long pieces, and cook. In the meantime, cut the ham into pieces. Drain the asparagus and reserve the water. Arrange the ham and asparagus in the baking dish. Melt the butter, stir in the flour, and sauté briefly. Pour in the asparagus water, stirring until a thick sauce has formed, bring to a boil, and remove from the heat. Add the white wine and slowly stir in the processed cheese. Then stir in the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper. Spread the sauce over the ingredients in the baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the casserole for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is lightly browned.
