Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 broccoli, finely chopped
  • 500 g potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • some herbs of Provence with lavender
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 pack of Grana Padano
  • 1 pack of Gouda

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (200 degrees Celsius) fan-assisted (I use a Circotherm fan-assisted oven). Cook the broccoli and potatoes. Meanwhile, dice the onions and chicken breast fillets and fry them in a pan. Chop the garlic and add them. When the onions are translucent, add the mustard, honey, and Provençal herbs and fry for another 5 minutes. Then deglaze with the cream and add the Grana Padano. Season with salt and pepper. Combine the broccoli, potatoes, and chicken breast in a baking dish and sprinkle with Gouda cheese. Bake for 30 minutes, until the cheese is browned.
