Ingredients
 

Herb mats

  • 4 Potatoes
  • 4 Carrots
  • 15 slice Salmon Gravaved
  • Lamb's lettuce

dressing

  • 1 Egg
  • Pepper
  • Fleur de sel
  • 250 g Quark
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • Chervil
  • Chives
  • Parsely

Instructions
 

Herb mats

  • Grate the potatoes and carrots. Then fold in the herbs, spices and the egg. Mix and form 15 small hash browns. Fry them in hot oil. Put the quark and cream cheese in a bowl and add the herbs, cut as needed. Season well with salt and pepper and stir. Shape the dumplings with two teaspoons and place on a plate. Now fill the gaps on the plate with the hash browns and place the gravlax on the hash browns. Use a small amount of lamb's lettuce to decorate the plate and garnish with dressing according to your own taste.
