Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • ¼ liter vegetable broth
  • 125 ml sour cream
  • 150 g blue cheese, mild, e.g. Bavaria Blue

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Favorite food from my childhood

Slice the potatoes and carrots and simmer in the broth for 15 minutes. Add the sour cream and Bavaria Blue wine and simmer for another 15 minutes. Time varies depending on the thickness of the slices.
