Ingredients

  • 1000 g Minced meat
  • 3 piece Red onions
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 5 piece Vine tomatoes
  • 4,5 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 2,5 tablespoon Sweet paprika powder
  • 1,5 tablespoon Pepper
  • 1,5 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1000 Milliliters Water
  • 2,5 tablespoon Beef broth
  • 750 g Potatoes
  • 1 Jar large (850gr) Kidney beans
  • 1 teaspoon Butter

Instructions

  • We can also have something simple, not so elaborate food, even when guests come 🙂 Since people often eat more in company, it is enough for about 6 people.
  • Start by rinsing the tomatoes, removing the stems and cutting them into small pieces.
  • Now peel off the onions and garlic and chop them into small pieces.
  • In a sufficiently large saucepan, drain the butter and fry the onion and garlic chopped up in it.
  • Now add the minced meat and fry it vigorously and crumbly.
  • Add the tomato paste, stir and fry briefly.
  • Now add the tomato pieces and fill up with 1 liter of water.
  • Scatter the beef stock powder, salt, paprika, pepper and chilli over the top and mix well. When everything is boiling, reduce the flame and simmer gently for 35 minutes.
  • In the meantime, put the kidney beans in a sieve and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Then add to the pot.
  • Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into small cubes.
  • After 15 minutes of cooking, season the potato-chili-con-carne to taste. Note: if you like it spicy, you may have to season it.
  • After seasoning, add the potato cubes and simmer for the last 20 minutes. I hope you enjoy cooking and enjoy your meal
