Potato and Egg Omelette
The perfect potato and egg omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 8 kl Jacket potatoes from the previous day
- 2 Eggs
- 0,25 Red Paprika
- 0,25 yellow Paprika
- 50 gr Diced pork belly
- 1 tsp Margarine
- 0,5 tsp Flour
- 1 shot Milk
- 0,5 tsp Granular broth
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- Chives rolls
- Cut the paprika into strips and the potatoes into slices.
- Heat the pan and fry the pork belly and peppers in margarine, add the potatoes and fry them. Season with granulated broth.
- Whisk eggs with flour, milk, spices and chives.
- Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes and let set at medium temperature. Turn out onto a plate and serve with a green salad.
