Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized potatoes
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 tbsp, heaped parsley
  • 1 tsp, leveled cumin
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Peel and boil the potatoes. You can also microwave this with a little water for 3 minutes. Peel and dice the eggs. Mash the potatoes with a hand blender until smooth. Add the diced eggs and mix with a fork. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and cumin. Finally, stir in a little parsley.
