Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 potatoes, boiled
  • 2 eggs, crushed
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp oil, neutral
  • 1 cucumber(s) (pickle), chopped
  • 1 tsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 shots of cucumber juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients until creamy and well-seasoned. Delicious with baguette and new potatoes.
