  • 125 g bacon, diced
  • 250 g feta cheese
  • 250 g grated cheese (Gouda, Emmental, etc.)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion(s)

Peel the potatoes and boil them until they are not yet completely soft. Drain the potatoes, slice them, and let them cool. Dice the onion and fry them with the diced bacon. Slice the feta. Now layer everything in a baking dish. First layer of sliced ​​potatoes, second layer of feta. Then spread the bacon and onion on top. Add another layer of potatoes. Distribute the eggs evenly. Season the casserole with salt and pepper and finally sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the potato casserole for about 20 minutes at 200°C (convection oven), until the cheese has melted.
